Security
Our Secure Payment page is handled by leading European payment gateways. Their secure servers uses the highest level of security. The website software and secure server that we use holds a digital certificate from Comodo that is compatible with most browsers. Furthermore, all data stored on our secure order server is protected by a firewall. All credit card details are kept encrypted at all times and only used when processing the order.
Payment Details
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electronn and Solo. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Delivery Address
The address that you enter must be the delivery address.
Confirming The Order
In placing this order you confirm that you are aware of any age restrictions on these products and assert that you are old enough to purchase them. Please note that all orders are made subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply. See in particular the Disclaimer section.
Restrictions
Before placing an order you must be aged 18 years or over. In some instances we may decline to deliver parcels to PO addresses. We will contact you if we consider the PO address to be a problem.
The Order Process
Order Confirmation
After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarising each order you have placed. Once the payment for your order is confirmed your order will be securely packaged in a plain white or brown envelope and posted to you.
Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused.
Shipping
We ship goods within 24 hours of you ordering them. Usually the next working day. You should get your order within 3-5 working days. Please allow 7 days before you contact us as we are at the mercy of the Royal Mail.
Shipping outside Europe
You should get your order within 7-14 working days. Please allow 14 working days before you contact us
Once An Order Has Been Placed
Return of Faulty Or Incorrect Products
If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will replace them, you must notify us by e-mail within 14 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable to you:- For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded.
Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control.

Upon Receipt Of An Order
Seller Liability
The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller’s liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
Making Returns
Returning faulty goods. Conditions of returns:
Goods MUST BE UNUSED – under no circumstances will we accept used goods due to their nature.
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging
Goods must be received by us within 14 days of when you placed your order

If the above conditions have not been met or we suspect the goods have been used we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Any items of lingerie or used Sextoys are non refundable or exchangeable.
All goods returned to us as unclaimed from the Royal Mail will be subject to a reshipping charge.
Products may be returned by post in accordance with the following procedure:-
Repackage the products securely within their original packaging and send the products to our UK Returns Dept. at:

Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
Refunds will be credited to your payment card. Refunds will not be paid in cash. We do not accept liability for any returns which get lost in the post.
